Peter Lacis
President, Chief Technical Strategist

A native of New Jersey, Peter served as Vice President, Technology for one of the nation's top PR firms, MWW Group.  His mission was to help MWW gain a competitive advantage through the identification and use of new technologies. In addition to his award-winning innovative approach, he was also the youngest member of the firm’s Executive Committee in its history.

In response to the rise of influence of search engine results and social media, Peter left MWW and moved to Colorado in 2007 with the vision of starting an Internet strategy firm…and PHASEOUS was born.

Since 2001, Peter continues to serve as partner and social entrepreneur in Girls Fight Back! - an education company which empowers women and girls to lead safe and peaceful lives through motivational keynotes and workshops at high schools, colleges and corporations.

When not discovering new technologies or working to end violence against women, Peter can be found playing guitar in his home studio, trying to teach his 18 month old son Led Zeppelin riffs.
